They are as follows:
All participants must confirm their participation by sending an email to iwm@hbcse.tifr.res.in on or before 5th February, 2019. The outstation participants should send a copy of their tickets with the confirmation email
(Please save your tickets in case you are eligible for reimbursement).
Those outstation participants who have asked for travel support are eligible for support (up to the limit set in point 3 below), if they do not have a fellowship from which their travel expenses to attend workshops/conferences can be met.
Those eligible for travel support (by state bus or train - sleeper class or AC 3-tier), will be reimbursed subject to the limit set below. Those based within 500 km from Mumbai, the reimbursement may be limited to Rs. 1500 or the actual cost of travel, whichever is lower. For all others, it may be limited to Rs. 1800 or the actual cost, whichever is lower. (Please do keep your bank account details with you).
Accommodation for all outstation participants is arranged at the HBCSE guest-house on sharing basis
(provided they have asked for it).
Earliest arrival for out station participants at HBCSE Mumbai: 2 PM, Friday, 15th February, 2019
(they may arrive until 9 AM, 16th February, 2018).
Participants may leave anytime after 2 PM on Sunday, 17th February, 2019 as our programme ends then
